Grants are not made to the individual concerned but to a registered charity that applies to the Foundation and that will accept responsibility for dispensing the grant in the agreed and appropriate manner.
The Newlands Foundation is established as a donor-directed fund within the Charities Aid Foundation Charitable Trust.
